Apple growers in valley are perturbed by the losses they face :Junaid Shah

Apple grower in valley are in deep grief and distress due to the losses they face every year. Locals from south kashmir village Noorpora, Awantipora while talking to Kashmir indepth, said that every year now apple growers didn't get good market to sell their production and the reason for this problem is apple trees get infected by various diseases every year despite spraying costly pesticides and fungicide sprays & thereby the production gets severely effected as the value of Apple in market gets decreased.

They said we have best scientists in Kashmir but still we are not able to control such diseases of apple trees which is gradually masticating profit of this business and hence, it is at the verge of decline in valley, If appropriate measures are not taken to stop the spread of apple diseases. We request scientist of SKUAST university kindly, take this matter seriously so that we can safeguard this Apple business in Kashmir from getting declined with which thousands of people are directly and indirectly associated & dependent.
